What Mike is

Mike is an AI agent from Visuals of Earth that helps creators find brands, find brand contacts and write pitches by text. By using Mike you accept these terms. Mike is in beta, so things will change and access may be limited.

No promises on deals

Mike helps you pitch. We do not guarantee any reply, deal or income. Mike is not your legal, tax or financial adviser, and we are not a party to any deal you make with a brand.

AI can be wrong

Mike writes with AI and works from public information, so brand details, contacts and claims can be out of date or wrong. Brand suggestions are leads, not proof that a brand is running a campaign. Check anything important before you rely on it.

You send, you decide

Mike creates drafts in your Gmail and never sends them. You are responsible for reading each draft and for what you send, including following email and advertising rules that apply to you. Only say what is true about you and your work.

Texts and WhatsApp

By signing up you agree to get messages from Mike by SMS or WhatsApp. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, START to come back, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your accounts and content

You must be 18 or over and give accurate information. You keep ownership of your content and profile, and you let us use them to run Mike for you, as our Privacy Policy explains.

Fair use

Do not use Mike to spam people, mislead anyone, pretend to be someone else, break the law, or copy or attack the service. We set limits on how much Mike does each day. We may pause or end your access if these terms are broken, or if a limit protects the service.

Price

The beta has no charge unless we agree otherwise with you. If paid plans come later, we will tell you the price first and you can choose whether to continue.

The legal part

Mike is provided as it is, without warranties. It may have errors or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us for Mike in the past 12 months. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.

You can stop using Mike at any time. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will update this page and tell you by message.
